Breaking Black is a Big Black Rye-IPA style beer.
Young and hybrid type of beer, sometimes called Cascadian Dark Ale. Its origin comes from a recipe that contains all the specifics of dark malts, with aromas and hints of toasted, coffee and chocolate.
Everything is balanced with the typical flavors and aromas that only hops from Western North America can give to a beer.
 
Breaking Black has a very dark color, toasted flavors, of coffee and chocolate given by the malts, but with the typical balsamic and fruity flavors of American hops.
Another feature of this beer is the abundant alcohol content.
