THE PROCESS
DESIGN
DrinKing Factory creates and perfects its own recipes in its laboratory located in Switzerland.

All the recipes are the result of over three years of study and research, during the years all of them have been corrected and perfected in order to achieve the highest quality.
SELECTION
All raw materials used are selected and tested before the final product is released.

Quality is the main criteria when selecting our suppliers.

CRAFTSMANSHIP
The production criteria of our company is to enable the product to acquire its craftmanship characteristics in the most natural possible way.

This means that our beers:
​
- are not filtered
- are not pasteurized
- are refermented in the bottle
- no addition of CO2
- natural water (not distilled or remineralized)

Note:

Industrial beer has to follow very different processes compared craft beer, due to short production / delivery times, costs and product standardization.
​
The maturation period is then very short, and it is not possible to create CO2 following natural procedures. It is necessary to use standard raw materials and create water with the same mineral salt content in the laboratory, to standardize production in each plant.
​
This is why craft beer does not follow a constant line, it changes over time and each bottle will have its own character, history and maturation process different from the others.
